Is there a grocery store near by?
Before you get to our place there is a Lowes Market and Blue Water Natural Grocer in Alpine, we suggest stopping at one of these on your way if you need something. The next closest place is the Little Burro Country Store, this is a small store with a very limited rotating selection and they close rather early. Heading south from our place is the Cottonwood General Store, this is the main grocery store for Terlingua and Study Butte. They have most of what you might need, expect to pay a bit more for goods here than you would in a larger city.
